Bell Township Fire Leaves $150,000 in Damages

fire_truck-e1348179123281BELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) –Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating a fire that occurred at a home on Colonel Drake Highway in Bell Township, Clearfield County.

According to police, the residence occupied by Phillip F. Young, 50, of Mahaffey, caught fire near the front of the building at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, December 12.

The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.

The damage to the home has been valued at $150,000.

The investigation is continuing.
