Benefit Spaghetti Dinner for Family of Fallen Firefighter Set for Saturday

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – A spaghetti dinner benefitting the family of Firefighter Jeff Buck will be held on Saturday, March 28, at the Brookville Fireman’s Club.

Firefighter Buck, 18, was critically injured after a burning porch roof collapsed while he was fighting a structure fire on Tuesday, March 3, in Clearfield County.

Buck succumbed to his injuries on Monday, March 9, after being heavily sedated at UPMC Altoona for nearly a week.

The dinner in his honor will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In addition to the dinner, there will be Chinese Raffles and a 50/50.

All proceeds from the dinner will benefit Buck’s family.

Eat-in or take-out is available.

Dinners will cost $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for children under age 12, and kids under age 4 eat for free.

Advance tickets are available from members of the Pinecreek Volunteer Fire Department or at the Brookville Fireman’s Club.

The Fireman’s Club is located at 202 East Main Street in Brookville, Pa.
