Betty J. Russell, 79, DuBois, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the DuBois Nursing Home.
Born February 28, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Kathryn Russell.
Betty graduated from Sandy High School in 1956 and Practical Bible College in Binghamton, NY in 1960. She retired from Ed’s B-Line Drive-In after 20 years.
Betty was a member of the Gelnett Memorial Church.
She enjoyed reading, talking on the phone with friends, and visiting with friends at St. Michael Terrace.
She was preceded in death by her mother, an aunt, and six uncles.
Friends and family will be received Monday, August 21st from 11a.m.-1 p.m. at the Adamson Funeral Chapel, Inc.
A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1 p.m. at the funeral chapel with Pastor William Davis officiating.
Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery.
