This program pairs adults with children who may be in need of guidance and support.
Many of the children in the program come from low income or single parent households.
These children could really benefit from a positive role model, according to caseworkers involved in the program.
To be a big brother or big sister, a volunteer needs to be at least 18, have a driver’s license, and be able to commit four hours a month for at least a year.
