A moving ambulance on it''s way to a crash site.BRADY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say four were injured – including a Big Run woman who suffered major injuries – in a two-vehicle collision that occurred last night around 5:15 p.m. in Brady Township, Clearfield County.

According to police, the crash occurred as Ralph J. Korb, 93, of Gampian, and Rick R. Irwin, 26, of Big Run, were traveling on SR-410, just east of Hickory Lane.

Police say Korb was traveling east on SR-410, driving a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, when he allegedly slowed down to turn into a driveway along the north berm.

Korb allegedly pulled directly into the path of Irwin, who was traveling west on SR-410 in a 1986 Chevrolet K5 Blazer.

Irwin was unable to avoid Korb’s vehicle, and the front passenger’s side of the Blazer impacted the front passenger’s side of the Silverado.

Both vehicles came to a rest on the roadway in the westbound lane of travel, say police.

Irwin was uninjured in the crash; however, his three passengers all suffered injuries. Nicole E. Shute, 32, of Big Run, was not wearing a seat belt and sustained major injuries; Thomas E. Shute, 50, of Big Run, was wearing a seat belt and sustained minor injuries; and a 9-year-old female passenger, of Big Run, was wearing a seatbelt and suffered moderate injuries in the crash.

Korb was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision and sustained minor injuries.

DuBois PSP was assisted at the scene by Brady Township V.F.D. and Brady Township E.M.S.
