Bonnie E. Fortsch, 84 of Punxsutawney, passed away Thursday, March, 26, 2015 at Mulberry Square Elder Care & Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Fortsch was born August 22, 1930 in East Brady, PA., a daughter of the late William and Agnes (Hillwig-McKinney) Custer. She was married to Conrad J. Fortsch of Punxsutawney who survives.
They were married June 25, 2004. Bonnie was Baptist by faith. She loved playing bingo with Barb and watching Judge Judy.
In addition to her husband Conrad, she is survived by her daughters; Barbara Black and husband Stanley of Punxsutawney, Patricia Manchua and husband Ed of New York, Karen McCauley of Punxsutawney, Paula O’Donnel of Chicago, Brother; Ronald Custer and wife Joann of Rimersburg, Five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband; Arvone L. McCauley, brother; Howard Custer, sister; Ella Mae Shearer and a nephew; William Shearer.
Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-7:30 pm Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney where a funeral service will be held at 7:30 pm with Rev. Steve Cassidy officiating.
Interment is private for family.
