Four Arrested in Rimersburg Meth Lab Bust

CLARION, Pa. – After a month’s long investigation, four people have been taken into custody for their participation in a Criminal Conspiracy to Manufacture and Distribute methamphetamine, according to Clarion County District Attorney Mark Aaron.

According to a release from Aaron’s office, arrested at 20 Best Road in Rimersburg were 52-year old Terry McIntyre of Rimersburg, 33-year old Derick Fowler of Rimersburg, 26-year old Kayla Dunlap of Parker and 35-year old Chrystal Best of Rimersburg.

“The investigation is on going and more arrests are anticipated,” the release said.

The following charges were filed in Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey Miller’s office:

Terry McIntyre

– Criminal Conspiracy – Manufacturing of Meth

– Manufacturing of Methamphetamine

– Liquefied Ammonia Gas, Precursors

– Operating Meth Lab and Illegal Dumping of Waste

– Manufacture Meth with Person under 18 present

– Possession of Pseudoephedrine

– Recklessly Endangering Another Person

Bail was set at $100,000 for McIntyre.

Derick Fowler

– Criminal Conspiracy – Manufacturing of Meth

– Manufacturing of Methamphetamine

– Liquefied Ammonia Gas, Precursors

– Manufacture Meth with Person under 18 present

– Possession of Pseudoephedrine

– Recklessly Endangering Another Person

Bail was set at $50,000 for Fowler.

Kayla Dunlap

– Criminal Conspiracy -Manufacturing of Meth

– Manufacturing of Methamphetamine

– Liquefied Ammonia Gas, Precursors

– Manufacture Meth with Person under 18 present

– Possession of Pseudoephedrine

– Recklessly Endangering Another Person

Bail was set at $50,000 for Dunlap.

Chrystal Best

Best posted bail by surety
