Missing Strattanville Girl Found Safe, Case Remains Under Investigation

bishopCLARION, Pa. (EYT) – A missing 14-year-old Strattanville girl who was believed to be in the company of a Clarion man has been found safe.

Clarion-based State Police PCO Kostok said Jennifer Lynn Bishop was found safe in Clarion County early Wednesday afternoon.

Bishop had last been seen by her parents around 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday at their Strattanville residence.

Details surrounding the investigation remain scarce.

In a release issued on Wednesday morning, police said they believed Bishop was with 23-year-old Russell Reedy, of Clarion.

Police were unable to say whether the girl was with Reedy when she was located.

A Protection From Abuse Order (PFA) order was recently filed against Reedy, prohibiting him from contacting Bishop.

Specific details regarding the PFA are not being released at this time.

PCO Kostok said the case remains under investigation.
