BREAKING NEWS: Three Charged in 7-County Organized Burglary Ring That Targeted Social Clubs

crime-newsPUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – Three men have been charged in relation to an organized burglary ring that targeted Social Clubs in seven different counties in Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania State Police Troop C filed criminal charges against Bryan Delandro, Gary Nau, and Christopher Sullivan.

The charges stem from an investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police Troop C that culminated in the charges filed today.

The investigation revealed that between September and December of 2015, Delandro, Nau, and Sullivan committed or attempted fifteen burglaries at American Legions, VFWs, Moose Clubs, Eagles, and Volunteer Fire Department Social Clubs in Armstrong, Clarion, Crawford, Elk, Jefferson, Mercer, and Westmoreland Counties. The trio stole over $66,000.00 in cash from the clubs and caused over $90,000.00 in property damage.

The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Forensic Services conducted extensive analysis on DNA, latent prints, and trace evidence to tie the three defendants to the burglaries. Cell phone records, cell tower records, and video surveillance were also
analyzed in depth.

The following charges were filed against Delandro, Nau, and Sullivan: Corrupt Organizations, Burglary, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Conspiracy, and related offenses.
