Brockport Man Arrested for DUI on Route 219

State PoliceHORTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to DuBois-based State Police, a DUI arrest occurred around 3:23 a.m. on May 16, on State Route 219, in Horton Township, Elk County.

Police say a known, 21-year-old Brockport man was stopped for several summary traffic violations.

According to police, while speaking with the suspect during the stop, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was evident on his breath.

The known male was subsequently arrested for DUI and other summary traffic charges.

Charges pending BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) results.
