Brockway Man Charged with Failure to Register Address As Sex Offender

Blackwell AlexSNYDER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – State Police have charged a Brockway man for allegedly failing to comply with sexual offender registration requirements.

According to online court documents, on July 20, Alex Blackwell, 22, of Brockway, was charged with second-degree felony failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements.

Blackwell, who is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair, is listed as a Tier 1 sex offender on the Pennsylvania Megan’s Law website.

According to the Megan’s Law website, Blackwell was convicted on January 14, 2015, for offenses of Corruption of Minors and Statutory Sexual Assault: 4 to 8 years older than the victim, which took place March 20, 2014.

His last known address is listed as Just For Jesus Ministries, 14530 Route 28, Brockway.
