JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – A Brockway woman will be on probation for five years after pleading guilty to drug charges.
Autumn Olivia Foltz, 22, of Brockway, pleaded guilty last week to the manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
Foltz was sentenced by President Judge John Foradora to a maximum of five years probation.
She was also ordered to refrain from the use of alcoholic beverages and from entering any establishments whose primary business is the sale of alcohol.
Other related charges against Foltz were dismissed as a result of the plea agreement.
Details of Drug Arrest
Foltz was arrested as part of a drug roundup by the Jefferson County Drug Task Force in July of 2016.
Jefferson County District Attorney Jeff Burkett stated that the arrests of the individuals shown below for drug-trafficking-related offenses were based upon covert investigations performed by members of the JCDTF (Jefferson County Drug Task Force).
Others who were arrested and charged in the sweep still have their cases pending.
