BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Penn Highlands Brookville will host a Dementia Support Group meeting on Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Sandra Stom, CRNC, FNP-BC, from PH Brookville’s Senior Transitions Unit, will be the presenter.
This support group, held at the hospital’s Education Conference Center, is free to attend. Information and handouts will be shared.
The event is co-sponsored by PH Brookville, WRC Senior Services, Jefferson County Area Agency on Aging and Jefferson Manor Health Center.
Refreshments will be served.
