BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Area Soup Kitchen will be open today from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The volunteer-based soup kitchen has an open door policy, allowing anyone in the public to come in for a hot meal.
“BASK has an unconditional open door policy for anyone who is hungry, lonely, lost or just needs someone to talk to,” says the organization on its Facebook page.
“Not only will we provide a hot meal, but we also will help kids with homework, help with job resumes, and council if requested. We are determined to make a difference.”
Brookville Area Soup Kitchen is located at 62 Pickering Street, Brookville, Pa.
