Brookville Chamber Announces Upcoming Community Events

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – The Brookville Area Chamber of Commerce has announced its upcoming events for the next few months.

Eggs & Issues

The BACC and the Jefferson County Farm Bureau are partnering for an information session.

The event will take place at 7:30 a.m., on Thursday, April 27, at the Heritage House in Brookville.

Speakers Lorie Park and Brittany Eisenman will be discussing educational programs and providing some statistics about the industry and commodities.

The Mobile Ag lab will also be on site during the event for a walk through. Cost of the breakfast will be $12 for members of the BACC and of the Farm Bureau.

Non-members can attend for $15. Please RSVP your attendance by April 20th to the BACC Office.

Speed Networking

The BACC will be holding a Speed Networking event from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 27, at the Heritage House in Brookville.

Come meet some of our newest chamber members and grow your network.

This will be a round robin format with guests being divided into groups that go around to learn about our new members.

After, there will be a general networking session to mingle with all in attendance.

Admission is free and open to the public. An RSVP is appreciated, but not required.

Brookville Chamber Cup

The Brookville Chamber Cup Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, May 12, at Pinecrest Country Club.

It begins at 12:30 p.m. with a shotgun start.

The format will be a scramble, with new contests and a chance to meet amateur golfer Nathan Smith, a Brookville native who has played in The Masters.

The winning team will also win the traveling Brookville Chamber Cup for the year and subsequent bragging rights.

This event is open to the public and those interested in playing or being a sponsor should contact the BACC Office.

Brookville BBQ Bash

The BACC, as part of the PA Great Outdoors BBQ Tour, will be hosting the first ever Brookville BBQ Bash.

It will take place from noon to 8:00 p.m, on Saturday, July 29, at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
