CORSICA BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a Brookville man has been accused of DUI on State Route 322 at Olean Road, in Corsica Borough, Jefferson County.
According to police, on July 31, a 51-year-old Brookville man was stopped for a summary traffic violation.
During the traffic stop, Atkinson was allegedly found to be DUI, police say.
Charges are pending at Magisterial District Justice 54-3-03.
