Brookville Man Allegedly Makes Obscene Gestures Towards Fireman, Charged with Disorderly Conduct

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say around 11:55 p.m. on October 31, an incident of Disorderly Conduct occurred on Main Street, in Brookville, Jefferson County.

According to police, they were contacted by a volunteer fireman that stated while on route to an emergency call, 47-year-old Kevin C. Motter, of Brookville, allegedly stood in front of the fireman’s vehicle flipping the fireman his middle finger and yelling obscene words at him.

Brookville Police went to Motter’s residence to speak with him about the incident, and he would not answer the door.

He is being charged with Disorderly Conduct.
