Brookville Man Arrested for Public Drunkenness at Just for Jesus

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – According to Brookville Borough Police, around 11:30 p.m. on February 5, an incident of public drunkenness occurred at Just for Jesus property at 336 Madison Avenue, in Brookville, Jefferson County.

Police say following the completion of the investigation, 41-year-old Terry G. Walk of Brookville was issued a non-traffic citation charging him with public drunkenness.

It is alleged that he called Brookville Police to report an altercation that turned out to be an argument between him and staff members of the Just for Jesus facility.

Through subsequent investigation, Walk was found to be on parole with the Jefferson County Probation Department.

The Probation Department issued a detainer at the Jefferson County Prison for him, and he was transported to there pending further court action.
