BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Police have released information on a drug offender investigation.
On July 1, at 10:00 p.m., Brookville police charged Benjamin D. Smith, 32, of Brookville, with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Possession of Drugs, and related offenses, police say.
Smith was stopped for a traffic violation, and police determined he was allegedly under the influence of drugs.
He is currently in the Jefferson County Jail on unrelated charges.
