Case details:

According to a criminal complaint, on April 5, Geer was involved in an argument with his grandmother at her residence when a known male got in Geer’s way. Geer began pushing the male victim with a metal ladder stool.

At this time, a second victim, a known male, stepped in to try and stop the scuffle. Geer then allegedly began pushing, swinging, and punching at both victims, the complaint states.

During the altercation, Geer broke a wireless phone belonging to the second victim, the complaint indicates.

Geer left the residence, but when he returned the altercation continued after he requested a ride and allegedly threatened the first victim with a barbeque fork – saying, “I will stab you!” according to the complaint.
