BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Police say around 11:30 p.m. on January 4, an incident of public drunkenness and related charges occurred on Race Street in Brookville, Jefferson County.
According to police, they encountered four males on Race Street, and through the course of speaking with them, one male, 27-year-old Timothy A. Hulse of Brookville, was observed to be under the influence and on probation with Jefferson County.
An APO (Adult Probation Officer) was called and responded to the Race Street residence where Hulse became very belligerent and fighting with the police.
Hulse resisted APO and the Brookville Police, refusing to be arrested.
He was placed in the Jefferson County Jail on a probation detainer.
