Brookville Man Jailed on DUI, Other Charges

iStock_000017694100XSmall1[1]BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) –A Brookville man has been jailed on several charges following a traffic stop in Brookville Borough.

According to online court records, Mark Daniel Seaver, 48, of Brookville faces the following charges in district court 54-03-03 in Brookville following the July 8 incident:

  • DUI, misdemeanor
  • Use or possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor
  • Driving an unregistered vehicle, summary
  • Driving without a license, summary
  • Disregard of traffic lane, summary
  • Turning without using a signal, summary
  • Speeding, summary
  • Careless driving, summary
  • Restrictions on alcoholic beverages, summary
  • Failure to use a seat belt, summary

Seaver was arrested by Punxsutawney-based State Police following the incident, and was arriagned at 3:47 p.m. July 8 before District Judge Gregory Bazylak.

Unable to post bail of $25,000, he remains lodged in the Jefferson County jail.

A preliminary hearing has been set for 10:00 a.m. July 21 with Bazylak presiding.
