Brookville Police Charge Erratic Driver with Alleged DUI, Drug Possession

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say officers were dispatched for an erratic driver in the area of the South White Street Complex on State Route 36 around 2:35 p.m. on September 15 in Brookville Borough, Jefferson County.

According to police, the driver was stopped and found to be under the influence of Synthetic Cannabinoid, a controlled substance.

The driver was also allegedly to be found in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Police say the driver is being charged with DUI, Drug charges, and numerous traffic violations.

The driver’s name was not released.
