BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Police have released details surrounding a recent alcohol-related accident in Brookville.
According to Brookville Police, the accident happened on September 5 on E. Main Steet near the Fireman’s Club.
While investigating the accident it was found that the driver was under the influence of alcohol.
The suspect was transported by ambulance to Brookville Hospital for minor injuries.
While at the hospital a legal blood draw was taken and then sent for lab analysis. The analysis showed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.131%.
Charges were subsequently filed.
