Brookville Woman Busted Selling Meth Waives Hearing

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Brookville woman who was arrested for selling methamphetamine following an undercover operation waived her hearing in court on Tuesday.

Court documents indicate the following charges against 31-year-old Tiffany Marie Campbell were waived for court on Tuesday, October 26:

– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Felony 3

The charges have been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.

Campbell remains lodged in the Jefferson County Jail on $20,000.00 monetary bail.

The charges stem from an undercover operation that occurred in Washington Township, Jefferson County, in January.

Details of the case:

According to a criminal complaint, agents of the Jefferson County Drug Task Force set up a controlled purchase of methamphetamine from Tiffany Marie Campbell on January 15.

The complaint indicates Jefferson County Drug Task Force agents observed text messages with Campbell setting up the exchange, as well as the exchange itself, where Campbell provided a ziplock bag of a crystalline substance, which later tested positive as methamphetamine, in exchange for $125.00 in pre-recorded official funds.

Campbell was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana at 12:45 p.m. on September 25.
