Brookville Woman Charged with Alleged Public Drunkenness

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Police Department say an incident of public drunkenness occurred around 8:31 p.m. on February 28 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, on Main Street, Brookville, Jefferson County.

Following the completion of the investigation, police issued a non-traffic citation to 36-year-old Jessica S. Talley, of Brookville, charging her with public drunkenness.

It is alleged that she was intoxicated and found her way to Main Street and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles building, according to police.

Police say she was released into the custody of a family member.
