Brookville Woman Charged with Retail Theft

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say around 11:00 a.m. on May 29, a retail theft occurred at Means & Lauf Drug, in Brookville, Jefferson County.

According to police, 53-year-old Jerrie A. Todd, of Brookville, allegedly took a tube of hand cream, a nugget flashlight, and a graduation key chain.

Police say she allegedly placed the items in her purse while in the store and walked out of the store without paying for them.

Todd is being charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

This is Todd’s second offense for retail theft, according to police.
