Brookville Teen Involved in Perry Township Crash

State PolicePERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a one-car crash that occurred along Route 536 in Perry Township on November 21.

According to police, around 6:19 p.m. on November 21, Ashlyn N. Smith, 18, of Brookville, was traveling westbound on Route 536 when she veered off the roadway and struck a sign.

The 2000 Ford Focus reportedly continued off the roadway and struck two trees before coming to a final rest on the north side of the roadway.

Smith’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

Smith was wearing a seat belt during the accident and was not injured.
