Bryan A. Wise, 52, Sykesville, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born March 11, 1965, he was the son of the late Jack D. and Margaret E. (Hull) Wise.
Bryan attended Clearfield Area High School and was employed by Strosky’s Garage as a mechanic.
He was a member of the Sykesville Eagles, Sandy Hose Club, and participated in various pool leagues.
He was Baptist by faith.
Bryan loved being on his motorcycle and being with his family and dog, “Bubba”.
He is survived by his son, Steven Phipps of Sykesville; fiancée, Karen Emmerich of DuBois; mother-in-law, Linda Galentine of Troutville; four siblings, Jo (Tom) Hudson, Ann (Bob) Smeal, John Wise, and Emery Wise, all of Croft, PA, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Lexie Elizabeth Wise, brother, Jim Wise, sister, Dot Martell, and brother-in-law, Larry Martell.
Friends and family will be received Friday, April 28th from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, April 29th from 10-11 a.m. at the Adamson Funeral Chapel, Inc.
A funeral service will follow Saturday’s visitation at 11 a.m. at the funeral chapel with Rev. Kevin Bockus officiating.
