CANOE TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State Police are investigating a case of Simple Assault that allegedly occurred in Canoe Township, Indiana County, on November 1 around 9:45 p.m.
Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the area of Upper Clinton Street in Rossiter after a 53-year-old Rossiter man allegedly assaulted a 31-year-old male and a 26-year-old female, both of Punxsutawney.
The alleged assault occurred at the accused’s residence.
Charges of Simple Assault, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness are pending.
Police did not release the name of the accused.
