Carl A. Youngman, age 92 of DuBois, PA, formerly of Rockton, PA died Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Christ the King Manor.
Born on April 20, 1929 in Mt. Carmel, IL, he was the son of the late Everett and Julie (Sietz) Youngman.
On September 17, 1949 he married J. Faylene “Faye” (Scales) Youngman. She preceded him in death on January 12, 2018.
Carl was a veteran of the United States Army having served during World War II.
He was the owner and operator of Youngman Bit Services and previous to that, he worked at Baker Hughes for 17 years.
He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church.
Carl is survived by his children (John Youngman & his wife Theresa of Traverse City, MI, Jo Ann Hauck & her husband Edward of Moon Township, PA and Molly Rupprecht & her husband Daniel of Allison Park, PA), 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 sister (Helen Youngman of Mt. Carmel, IL), and 2 sons in law (Doug Carr of DuBois, PA and John Downey of Gibsonia, PA).
He was preceded in death by 2 daughters (Nancy Carr and Sue Downey), 1 granddaughter (Maura Rupprecht), 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
There will be no public visitation and a private funeral service will be held.
Burial will take place in Rockton Cemetery.
