Carrie L. Grinch

Carrie L. Grinch, 85, of Reynoldsville, died July 14, 2015, at the DuBois Nursing Home.

Born to the late Arden and Garrie Maxwell Cummings on August 21, 1929, in Clarion County, she was married to Paul Grinch on May 26, 1951. He preceded her in death April 18, 1992.

She graduated from Clarion Limestone High School in 1946 and retired from Cameron Manufacturing of Reynoldsville, where she worked for 23 years.

She was a member of the First United Church of Reynoldsville and served as the treasurer of the United Methodist Women’s Food Pantry.

Carrie is survived by two sons, John M. Grinch of Shadyside, Ohio and James R. Grinch of Reynoldsville; two daughters, Mrs. H. Paulette Flicker of Harrisburg and Mrs. Karen Kellog of Flippin, Ark.; one brother, Ronald Cummings of Clarion; one sister, Bonnie Bowman of Strattanville; and five grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers.

Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service Friday, July 17, 2015, at the First United Methodist Church of Reynoldsville.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the church with the Rev. Thomas Carr officiating.

Burial will be in Lakelawn Memorial Park, Reynoldsville.
