Charges Against Man Accused of Stealing Knives from Sportsman’s Club Withdrawn

WARSAW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – The charges against a Jefferson County man who was accused of stealing items from the Warsaw Sportsman’s Club have been withdrawn.

Court documents indicate one second-degree misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking filed against 65-year-old Gerald A Ross, of Reynoldsville, has been withdrawn.

One summary count of Disorderly Conduct Engage In Fighting filed against Ross was moved to non-traffic court.

The charges stem from an investigation into an alleged theft from the Warsaw Sportsman’s Club that occurred on March 4.
