Christine Marie “Dolly” Stine, age 88, of Kearney Road Brockway, PA, died on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
Born on August 16, 1932, in Brockway, she was the daughter of the late John and Filomena Catalano Landini.
She was married to Robert E. Stine on July 23, 1965. He preceded her in death on September 1, 1990.
Christine was a member at St. Tobias Church in Brockway and was a member of the Rosary Society. She also was a member of Parson-Marnati Post #95 of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed bowling, going out to eat, shopping, and taking trips to the casino.
Christine is survived by a son, John Stine of Brockway; a brother, John Landini Jr. of DuBois, PA; a sister, Concetta Matthews also of Brockway; 3 grandchildren, Olivia Paige Stine, Adam Jacob Stine, and Jack Edward Stine. She is also survived by her dog, Bella.
The family would also like to extend a very special “Thank You” to her caregiver over the past months to Lisa Work.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she is also preceded in death by a sister, Helen Ralston; 2 brothers, Jack Landini and Mike Landini and several infant brothers and sisters.
There will be no public visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 15, at 10AM at St. Tobias Church in Brockway with Msgr. Charles Kaza presiding. Social distancing protocols will be in place and masks are required. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Penn Highlands Hospice 100 Hospital Avenue DuBois, PA, 15801.
