priesterPAINT TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Authorities in Clarion County are asking for the public’s help in finding an inmate who walked off from the county’s work release program Thursday.

The Clarion County District Attorney’s Office and the Pennsylvania State Police are searching for 35-year-old Joseph Henry Priester, an inmate at the Clarion County Jail.

Warden Jeff Hornberger says Priester failed to report back to the jail after completing his work day Thursday afternoon.

Anyone with information on Priester’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Clarion County DA’s Office (Detective Peck) at 814-226-4423 or the Clarion-based State Police at 814-226-1710.
