Clarion-Limestone’s New Athletics Website Maintained by District Student

Clarion Limestone Sports WebsiteSTRATTANVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-Limestone School District has a revamped athletics website, and it is maintained by a district student.

District student Taylor Hartman is in charge of the new Clarion-Limestone athletics website, and she gave a presentation of her work during the school board’s September 16 meeting.

Hartman reaches out to coaches and players on a routine basis to keep the site up to date.

It features an “athlete of the week” chosen by coaches, full game results and more.

“Coaches email me if they think they have a player who deserves to be athlete of the week, for doing something above and beyond,” Hartman said.

The site has pages dedicated to each sport at C-L, with full schedules and results of games already played.

It also contains links to other sites and features, including highlights of games and even individual players.

“If you miss the game, or you want to see how certain players did, you can do that. Also, (college) reps can access this if they’re interested in players,” Hartman said.
