Clarion U. Graduates 375 at Winter Commencement

dc94b873-3e0a-4d44-aa5d-da8f37ff5443CLARION, Pa. – Clarion University President Karen M. Whitney conferred degrees to more than 375 students during winter commencement Dec. 17 at Tippin Gymnasium.

Among the graduates were 115 students receiving master’s degrees in programs including education, business administration, information and library science, and nursing.

Speakers were Alfred H. Lander (’74), who serves on Clarion University Foundation, Inc., Board of Directors; Milissa Steiner Bauer (’84), secretary of Clarion University Council of Trustees; and student speaker Amber A. Klein, who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an associate degree in criminal justice.
