INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. — District Attorney Bob Manzi announced on Friday that an area man admitted to the sexual assault of six victims, as well as sexual intercourse with a horse.

It was reported to members of the Pennsylvania State Police in 2022 that Lee had sexually assaulted a minor victim about 20 years ago. As the investigation was pursued, multiple individuals made allegations against Lee.

The victims related various sexual assaults against themselves. Further, they related witnessing Lee sexually assaulting others.

The charges were filed before the Honorable Magisterial District Judge Christopher S. Welch and bail was set at $500,000.00 cash.

Lee was unable to post bail and has remained incarcerated since his arrest.

The Court ordered that a full pre-sentence investigation be completed by the Indiana County Probation Department.

The Court also ordered that Lee comply with a state regulated sexual offender assessment.

Lee will be sentenced on May 31, 2024.
