According to a criminal complaint, police were dispatched to a residence along Brown Street, in Reynoldsville Borough, Jefferson County, on Friday, May 6, around 3:22 a.m., for a report of an inactive domestic-related incident. Prior to arrival, police were made aware that both parties were separated and one had left the area.

At 5:11 a.m., troopers spoke with the victim on the front porch of her residence. She related to police that she threw a phone at Brandon White due to being mad at him. White became physical and dragged her by her neck. He then pinned her to the floor with his fist pressed up against her upper left face area. The victim continued to relate that his fist put a lot of pressure against her face and hurt her, the complaint states.

During this time, the victim stated that White pulled his arm back and made a fist. She told White to do it, to which he replied by saying – “That’s what you want me to do.” White then dragged her out of the residence by the neck and locked the door behind her, the complaint indicates.

The victim told police that White then threw her belongings out of the residence. And she left and was picked up by a relative and taken home. While speaking to the victim, police observed the victim had a cut on her right hand, between her middle and pointer finger. She also had a small cut on her inner right wrist. On her left arm, she had a scratch on her outer hand near her wrist, according to the complaint.

White was arraigned at 3:50 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, in front of Judge Inzana.

Unable to post $25,000.00 monetary bail, he was lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is set for 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24, with Judge Inzana presiding.
