CORSICA, Pa. (EYT) – A Corsica man is facing harassment charges following an incident that occurred on Route 949, in Union Township, Jefferson County.
Punxsutawney-based State Police say around 7:20 a.m. on Tuesday, a 41-year-old known white male, of Corsica, grabbed the victim by the shirt while the victim was sitting in a car and attempted to pull him out of the car.
Police say charges are pending.
