BROCKWAY, Pa. (EYT) – A Brockway man is facing felony sex charges stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred on January 1, 2016, in the Borough of Brockway, Jefferson County.
According to court documents, Brockway Borough Police filed criminal charges against 20-year-old Michael Ryan Kroh, of Brockway.
Kroh was arraigned at 9:15 p.m. on March 2 on the following charges:
- IDSI Person Less Than 16 Yrs Age, Felony 1 (three counts)
- Statutory Sexual Assault: 4-8 Years Older, Felony 2 (three counts)
- Aggravated Ind. Assault – Comp. Less Than 16, Felony 2 (three counts)
- Ind Assault Person Less 16 Yrs Age, Misdemeanor 2 (three counts)
Unable to post $50,000.00 bail (Monetary 5%), he was lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on March 29 in front of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
