YOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of Criminal Mischief occurred on Elmwood Drive, in Young Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, sometime between 5:00 p.m. on August 25 and 8:00 a.m. on August 26, Pennsylvania Water Company reported that someone spray painted graffiti on a water tower on Elmwood Drive in Young Township.
Police say the actor(s) are unknown.
