The defendant Miller was scheduled to face a jury on Monday, December 19, but, instead, entered a guilty plea to the lead charge.
Under the sentence, the defendant will serve no less than seven years and up to nineteen years in a state correctional institution.
The defendant will then serve a consecutive year on re-entry probation.
The defendant was ordered to pay court costs, and fines and have a DNA sample taken for the state repository.
