Details Released on Theft in Rose Township

ROSE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a theft occurred around 4:00 p.m. on September 19, on Waterford Pike, in Rose Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, an unknown perpetrator(s) operating a black in color tri-axle log truck backed into the victim’s driveway and continued to back into the lawn area at the rear of the victim’s property.

The perpetrator(s) then loaded three white pine logs, approximately 12′ in length, onto the truck and departed, heading east on Waterford Pike toward Allegheny Blvd., police say.
