Bro. Dexter William Derr, Sr., 58, of Sturgis, Kentucky died Friday in Marion, Kentucky. He was pastor at Shiloh Christian Church in Sturgis, KY.
Surviving are his sons, Michael (Helena) Derr o Indiana, PA and Dexter (Jessica) William Derr, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Delilah (Michael) Coy of Indiana, PA; brother, Doug Derr of Pittsburgh, PA; sister, Dixie Powell of Vero Beach, FL; mother, Donna Derr of Vero Beach, FL; grandchildren, Marcus Coy, Reece Coy and Ellie Derr of Indiana, PA and Avery Derr of Jacksonville, PA.
He was preceded in death by his father, Merle Derr.
Memorial services will be held 6 PM Monday June 8, 2015 at Shiloh Christian Church in Sturgis, KY.
