Diane M. Smith

Diane M. Smith, 54, of New Bethlehem, died Sunday, December 27, 2015 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.

She was born on March 7, 1961 in Butler, the daughter of Lowell E. and Donna (Reese) Wiles.

Diane was a caring and loving mother, grandparent and friend. She worked at Char Val candies in New Bethlehem. She wanted to help others by being an organ and tissue donor.

Diane is survived by her mother, Donna Willison and her husband Mike of New Bethlehem, three children, Conan Colwell and his wife Tracey of New Bethlehem, Shannon Hankey and her husband Corey of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Skyler Smith of Pittsburgh, four grandchildren, Kessler Hankey, Livy Hankey, Caitlyn Colwell, and Paige Colwell, two step grandchildren, Logan Markle and Abigail Markle, two sisters, Wendy Huffman and her husband Mark of New Bethlehem and Crystal Shick and her husband Mike of Rimersburg, a brother, Darrel Wiles and his wife Tina of New Bethlehem, a special companion, David Rupp of New Bethlehem, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lowell E. Wiles.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn. The funeral service will be on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Grace Baptist Church in New Bethlehem with Pastor Bob Ryver officiating.

Interment will be in the Squirrel Hill Cemetery, Porter Township, Clarion County.
