Diesel Fuel Stolen at Truck Stop in Brookville

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say around 8:30 a.m. on February 7, a theft occurred at Truck Stops of America, in Brookville, Jefferson County.

Brookville Police were called to the Truck Stops of America for the theft of 78 gallons of fuel.

Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that while a truck driver slept in his truck, an unknown perpetrator(s) drained his fuel tanks, police say.

The driver stated that he did not hear anyone through the night hours.
