Dominic Wesley Lockwood, infant son of Dustin Mycheal Donald Lockwood and KC Autum Miller, both of Falls Creek, PA, was born and died on April 8, 2018, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
In addition to his parents he is also survived by his Paternal Grandparents: James and Jennifer Buffington; his Maternal Grandparents: Craig and Heather Miller; Step Grandparents: Harvey Bundy and Amanda Chesnalavich; Daniel Schaffer; Harvey D. English; two Great-Grandmothers: Verna Lee Lockwood and Rosie Bundy; Aunts: Kortnie Miller, Kylee Bundy, Shelby Miller, Heidi Chesnalavich Uncles: Kadin Miller, Damian Dickey, Spencer Bundy, Brandon Lockwood, Joshua Schaffer and his God Parents: Gloria Jewell and Dylan Runyan.
A Memorial Service for Dominic will be announced at a later date.
