Dorothy Joan Fike, 73, of Fike Lane, Brookville, Pa., died on August 12, 2014, at Jefferson Manor, Brookville, Pa.
She was born February 7, 1941, in Punxsutawney, Pa., to the late Walter Powell and Dorothy Orr Powell.
Dorothy married Irvin Richard Fike on November 27, 1957 in Winchester, VA.
She worked as a seamstress for over 35 years at the Brookville Glove Factory.
She attended the Coolspring United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Randy Lee Fike of Reynoldsville, Pa. and Richard Wayne Fike of Summerville, Pa.; a sister, Vivian Shovestall of Shelocta, Pa.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Powell, and a sister, Eleanor Shaffer.
Visitation hours are Thursday, August 14, 2014, from 6 PM to 8 PM, and Friday, August 15, 2014 from 11 AM to 1 PM at McKinney Funeral Home in Brookville, Pa.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 15, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Coolspring Cemetery in Oliver Twp., Jefferson Co., Pa.
