Driver Arrested for Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia During Traffic Stop in Sandy Township

State PoliceSANDY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say suspected drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance were discovered during a summary traffic stop on November 5 in Sandy Township, Clearfield County.

According to police, around 10:22 p.m. on November 5, a vehicle was stopped known male actor was stopped on Stanley Road for a summary traffic violation.

During the course of the stop, it was found that the driver was under the influence of a controlled substance and placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.

The driver of the vehicle was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and the passenger was found to in possession of a controlled substance.

The names of the actors, a 33 year old male from Luthersburg and a 46 year old male from DuBois, were not released.

Charges are pending lab analysis results.
